Chef Walt found comfort in home cooked food, however as an owner/operator OTR truck driver he provided for his family but spent many nights, many miles away from home, having to eat at truck stops, which wasn't a warm home cooked meal.
Chef Walt retired from driving to spend his time home with his family and cooking with them. In 2004 Walt attended Orlando Culinary Academy / Le Cordon Bleu Program, in 2006 Walt graduated and began his Chef career. During his time at OCA he interned at Emeril's TChoup Chop and at the HCP Grosvenor Resort. He has been a line cook, prep cook, Sous Chef and Garde Manger. Since 2009 Chef Walt has been a Personal Chef to many clients with a flair for the unexpected. He has since acquired his Personal Chef Certification from Culinary Business Academy. Chef Walts passion for the unexpected has driven him to providing the best service he can and one of the things he loves to do is provide his family, friends and clients with Homemade Bread and Homemade Pasta.
Chef Walt creates meals for any special dietary requirements, he will work with your Doctor if needed and will always give you the taste you want and the perfection you expect. You have many choices, the sky is the limit. Chef Walt is ServSafe Certified and conducts himself under the USPCA Code of Ethics
